I THINK INSYSTEMS
AI consultant and engineer. I lecture on data science, AI, and MLOps, and help teams turn AI ideas into useful systems and make sound technical decisions.
From code to systems thinking
After more than a decade building software, I became interested in the interactions behind the implementation: how components coordinate, how incentives shape behavior, and where feedback makes a system resilient or fragile.
Today I move between implementation, architecture, teaching, and strategy without losing rigor. I care as much about explaining a system as I do about building it.
“I don’t confuse a good narrative with good evidence.”
Current focus
AI engineering
Agentic workflows, prompt engineering, context engineering, harness engineering, and MLOps.
Cybernetics
Feedback loops, complex adaptive systems, and the conditions that make systems resilient.
Teaching
Lectures on data science, AI, and MLOps, alongside network technology education from protocol fundamentals to automation.
How I can help
Focused work for teams that need sound engineering and a clear explanation of what the technology can actually do.
AI consulting & implementation
Turn a promising use case into a working system. I help scope the problem, design the workflow, build an initial implementation, and define how to evaluate it.
- Use-case and architecture review
- Agentic workflows and integrations
- Evaluation and operating model
MLOps & AI engineering
Make AI systems easier to ship, observe, and improve. I work across development, deployment, context engineering, and the controls around agent behavior.
- MLOps and deployment workflows
- Context and harness engineering
- Testing, feedback, and reliability
AI lectures & workshops
Give technical teams and decision-makers a shared understanding of data science, AI, and MLOps. I connect principles to practical examples without hiding uncertainty.
- Data science, AI, and MLOps lectures
- Workshops for technical teams
- Clear explanations for leaders
